Molly Menton
Molly Menton, a 2021 and 2023 Vision Fellow, will earn her BSN from the University of South Carolina in May 2026. With a strong passion for patient care and a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Molly plans to begin her career as a registered nurse, with a particular interest in emergency and women’s health nursing. Throughout her education, Molly has gained diverse clinical experience through clinical rotations, including perioperative care, labor and delivery, emergency department, antepartum and postpartum care, pediatric intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, psychiatric nursing, and community health. Molly also has hands-on experience in both hospital and community health environments. She served as an emergency department patient sitter at Mass General Brigham, providing one-to-one support for patients in a psychiatric setting and completed internships at Island Health Care in Edgartown, where she assisted with well-baby visits, supported new parent education, and contributed to population health and quality improvement initiatives.
