Rodrigo Honorato

Rodrigo Honorato is a two-time Vision Fellow. As a 2022 Vision Fellow, earned his bachelor’s degree in social work online from the Southern New Hampshire University, with the goal of becoming a licensed social worker. With a 2025 award, he is pursuing a master’s in clincial mental health counseling through Merrimack College’s online program. An Island native, Rodrigo graduated from MVRHS in 2012 and attended Dean College for two years before returning to the Vineyard to work in HVAC and carpentry for several years. He now works in administrative support at Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School (MVRHS), after having worked for several years as a Family Support Worker at Martha’s Vineyard Community Services. Rodrigo has been a soccer coach for more than 10 years and has recently been elevated to be head coach for the MVRHS boys’ varsity soccer team.
